I spent here 3 quiet days and would happily return. Staff were wonderful and the hotel was little, it had amazing location near-easy to get to the center. Location: the venue was just off a tram route and a tramway station.

Proximity to tram lines, access to local restaurants, user-friendly emergency codes for entry
The room facilities need updates!!! Outdated toilet fixtures are unpleasant, and inconsistent lighting leaves the space dim!!! Management should address cleanliness issues and ensure better control of bathroom drainage!!! Consider adding more power outlets in rooms!!!

Friendly and helpful reception staff at check-in.
The room was bare and poorly lit, lacking basic amenities like a fridge or kettle. It smelled bad, and the furniture was outdated and scratched. Breakfast was disappointing with limited options, and the self-serve yogurt was inconvenient for individual servings.

The front desk staff is very corteous and helpful.
The restaurant staff is rude like anything else I have seen or experienced in other hotels.

The breakfast was particularly enjoyable, featuring waffle-making stations and a variety of tasty cheeses. The tea and coffee service throughout the day provided a cozy touch during our stay.

Breakfast was quite good.
We expected a small room, which was confirmed but no air conditioning (during a heatwave), threadbare towels, shabby appearance and, at best, a two star and. more likely one and a half. Tired, old, small and disappointing.

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty basic. The room was clean and ok. The location is quite good - close to the metro station, you can also get there by tram D. But I would say for the basic quality provided in the hotel it was pretty expensive.
There was no fridge in the room, no comb, toothpaste, toothbrush in the bathroom which was unfortunate for me because I forgot tto take them with me.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the location is just 5 min walk from the nearest subway station. Also the staff was quite friendly and always smiling.
There was no air conditioning in the room which made it quite hot during my stay, as well as not having any minibar which inadvertently affected me since the location of the hotel is nowhere near a supermarket in case I got thirsty. Also the wi-fi internet is not of good quality since it is an open network that is shared and is slow most of the time and has a 2 hour limit that must be renewed from their website each time. The breakfast was pretty basic, only cereal, juice and luncheons served which in my view made the hotel have a poor value for money.
